Smocked Childrens Dresses


Smocked baby dresses come in casual, formal and birthday special. There are yoke patterns, bodice ones and others that are hand smocked. There are carnival and Christmas specials. The patterns for boys are also sporty and the colours are appealing for toddlers.

Smocking is an age old art and there are casual frocks in smocking pattern available for ladies wear too. T shirts can be smocked too with minimum work and the threads can have pastel to bright hues. The threads again are silks, cottons and satin. Caring for smocked dresses is important. Hand wash or gentle machine wash is recommended.
